Israeli Dates: Background and Action

In 2004 the International Court of Justice ruled that the “Israeli settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, are illegal and an obstacle to peace and to economic and social development [... and] have been established in breach of international law.” (International Court of Justice Ruling, July 9, 2004). They are built on stolen Palestinian land.

Growing dates is one of the major agricultural activities carried out by nearly half of the illegal Israeli settlements located in the Jordan Valley. It is their most profitable crop, and contributes significantly to their economic viability.

Picking the dates is back breaking work, so the Israeli settlers bring in Palestinian labourers. During the pruning season the workers are dropped onto the date palm trees by a hoisting crane at 5 o’clock in the morning, left perched on palms that soar to a height of ten or twelve metres — the height of a three- or four-storey building — and left there swaying in the wind for up to eight hours without a break and with no means to come down until the crane returns at the end of the day. The workers cling to the tree with one arm and work with the other. They cannot even take a break to go to the toilet. If they complain or fall behind their quota they will lose their jobs and their families will starve.

More information: http://www.kavlaoved...eng.asp?id=2357

The Israelis also employ children, “even issuing them official work permits, as they are quick and light, can climb trees faster, work for less and it’s easier to cheat and humiliate them. Out of desperate poverty Palestinian families are forced to take their children out of school and hand them over to the settlers to work for a pittance.” (Source: Channel 4 news, 7 July 2008, and KavLaOved, http://www.kavlaoved...ng.asp?id=2327)

Most of the Israeli date crop, up to 80%, is exported, mainly to Europe where it has around 10% market share. In 2005, dates were Israel’s leading fruit export.

The two major Israeli companies involved are Agrexco and Hadiklaim.

Agrexco, half owned by the Israeli government, handles 60-70% of all goods produced in the settlements. Its dates have the brand names Carmel, Jordan Plains and Jordan Valley. Last September, a week before the start of Ramadhan, Carmel boasted in their press release that they had managed an early crop of dates in order to meet the Ramadhan demand for dates from Europe’s Muslims!

Hadiklaim sells 65% of all the dates produced in Israel. Its dates have brand names King Solomon and Jordan River. They also supply Israeli dates to supermarkets and retail chains who market them under their own brand names. These include Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury, Tesco, and Waitrose.

Sometimes they are labelled “produced in the West Bank,” but this just confirms they are grown in illegal Israeli settlements.

Peace activists who visited the Palestinian village of Fasayl in the Jordan Valley last year discovered that villagers are slowly being forced off their land by the Israeli army. The only livelihood left open to them is to work for Carmel Agrexco. The activists even spoke to two Palestinian workers whose land had been stolen and who were forced to work for Carmel in order to feed their families. “They had a message for the peace activists, a plea for anyone who would listen. They urged them to take action against Carmel Agrexco and such companies that support Israeli apartheid.”

See www.zaytoun.org for where to buy fair trade Palestinian dates.

Actions to take:

* Boycott Israeli Medjoul dates and all products which are labelled ‘Made in Israel’ or ‘Made in West Bank.’
* Write to or visit local stores (supermarkets or smaller shops), make the argument against Agrexco produce and raise awareness of what products and brand names to avoid.
* Speak to your local mosque and Muslim organisations in your area and ask them not to buy Israeli Medjoul dates to break the fast this Ramadhan.

al Fatihah for al-Hakim

BAGHDAD — Abdul-Aziz al-Hakim, the scion of a revered clerical family who rode the rise of Shiite power in Iraq to become one of the country's most powerful political figures but was deeply distrusted by Sunni Muslims as an ally of Iran, died Wednesday at the age of 59.

Two senior clerics from his party, Sheiks Humam Hamoudi and Jalaleddin al-Saghir, told The Associated Press that he died after being hospitalized in critical condition in Tehran where he was being treated for lung cancer. In a brief announcement, Iranian state television also reported al-Hakim's death.

Al-Hakim wielded enormous influence since the 2003 U.S. invasion as head of the Supreme Islamic Iraqi Council, maintaining close ties to both the Americans and his Iranian backers.

A longtime leader of a Shiite rebel group that fought Saddam's rule, he was seen by many Shiites as the embodiment of the victory that ended decades of brutal repression under Saddam and restored what they see as their rightful place as the country's leaders.

Al-Hakim was diagnosed with lung cancer in May 2007 after tests at the prestigious University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. He chose to receive his chemotherapy treatment in Iran.

His son and political heir, Ammar al-Hakim, said in a statement read on the party's al-Forat television that his father "who spent decades in jihad and struggle has joined the ranks of the martyrs."

Al-Forat placed al-Hakim's picture on a blackened background and began reciting Quranic verses. It then began showing scenes from his life and played somber music.

Deputy parliament speaker, Shiite Khalid al-Attiyah, described his death as a loss for Iraq.

"We offer our condolences to all the Iraqi people for the death of al-Hakim. He is one of the symbols of Iraq ... we hope political leaders will continue his work."

The Kurds said al-Hakim's death was a loss to those who worked to reconcile Iraq's often warring religious and ethnic factions.

"He had a significant role in Iraq's national unity and was working hard to narrow the different opinions among all Iraqis," Fuad Hussein, spokesman for Kurdish Regional President Massoud Barzani told The AP. "We hope that all the Iraqi people and their leaders will follow his example and directions and never abandon his ideology and path."

His death comes two days after his party, SIIC, the largest Shiite grouping joined with followers of anti-U.S. cleric Muqtada al-Sadr to form a new political alliance to contest January parliamentary elections.

In a rare show of Shiite disunity, the new Iraqi National Alliance excluded Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, dealing a major blow to his chances to keep his job at the helm of the country after the Jan. 16 vote.

Al-Hakim largely withdrew from the public eye after being diagnosed with cancer. But he had groomed his son, Ammar, as his successor.

Calm and soft-spoken, al-Hakim held no government post since Saddam Hussein's ouster, but held enormous influence in his role of kingmaker in the turbulent years after Saddam's fall.

However, his close ties to Iran, where he lived in exile for more than 20 years, made him a controversial figure, distrusted by most Sunnis and even some Shiites as Tehran's man in Iraqi politics and a symbol of sectarian politics.

Al-Hakim's outspoken support for Shiite self-rule in the south of Iraq also was seen by Sunnis and Shiites alike as an Iran-inspired plan to weaken the country and hand Tehran control of the country's Shiite heartland, home to most of Iraq's oil wealth and the riches of the shrine cities of Najaf and Karbala.

Jose Mourinho Under Fire From Islamic Leader Over Ramadan Criticisms

Jose Mourinho has come under fire once again after the head of the Union for the Communities and Organisations of Islam in Italy (UCOII), Mohamed Nour Dachan, slammed the Inter coach for his recent comments relating to Sulley Muntari and Ramadan.

The 'Special One' replaced the Ghana midfielder after 30 minutes following a poor showing on the pitch. Mourinho claimed Ramadan was having a negative influence on Muntari who practices Islam.

"Muntari had some problems related to Ramadan - perhaps with this heat it's not good for him to be doing this [fasting]," Mourinho told reporters after the game.

"Ramadan has not arrived at the ideal moment for a player to play a football match."

The comments have shocked the Islam world and have caused a considerable storm of criticism as the Portuguese coach finds himself caught up in another row.

"I think Mourinho should talk less," Dachan told La Repubblica.

"A player who practices Islam does not perform less on the pitch. We know that medicine in Sport and mental stability, and psychology make players perform well.

"A player who is Christian, Hebrew or Muslim will have a tranquil mind and will always perform better on the pitch."

Muslims fast between daylight hours during Ramadan, abstaining from food and drink from dawn until dusk.

This means Muntari would have had to play games in searing temperatures without adequate hydration. Experts claim sportsmen and women can suffer if they do not receive good hydration during hard physical exertion.

Goal.com caught up with leading personal trainer and nutritionist Giulio Scala who has worked alongside many professional sportsmen and women as well as elite athletes.

Scala claims fasting can have a big impact on the performance of players when on the pitch.

"A one per cent decrease in hydration can affect endurance by up to 20 per cent," Scala told Goal.com.

"Players performances will decrease due to dehydration as will aerobic capacity, strength and power.

"It would be worse during evening matches as the player would have gone up to 12 or more hours without any food. That means a decrease in energy and depleted glycogen levels.

"A player's capacity physically and mentally for him to work at his optimum for 90 minutes would be highly affected due to inadequate nutrition."

Israeli Troops 'kidnap' Palestinians for Organs

A leading Swedish newspaper claims Israeli soldiers kidnap Palestinians to steal their organs and sell them in the black market.

In an article titled They plunder the organs of our sons, the daily Aftonbladet said Israeli soldiers abduct young Palestinians from the West Bank and Gaza Strip and return their bodies to their families after removing their organs.

"Our sons are used as involuntary organ donors," relatives of Khalid a Palestinian man from Nablus told Donald Bostrom who authored the report.

He also reported the accounts of other Palestinians whose relatives are fallen the victim of the organ smuggling operation.

Hezbullah Controlling

Lebanese parties agree on shape of government
By Sami Moubayed, Special to Gulf News
Published: July 29, 2009, 22:33

Damascus: Agreement has been reached over the shape of Lebanon's next government, Speaker of Parliament Nabih Berri said on Wednesday.

The new Cabinet will be announced before August 1, according to sources in the opposition.

Prime Minister designate Sa'ad Hariri's "March 14" coalition will get 15 portfolios, giving the Hezbollah-led opposition the remaining 10, and 5 ministers will be appointed by President Michel Sulaiman.

The main sticking point had been the opposition's demand for 11 ministers, which would give them veto power.

This "blocking third" dilemma, which obstructed the creation of the Cabinet for four weeks, will likely be solved by granting Hezbollah the right to name one Shiite minister of state, who is part of the President's allocated posts.

This means the opposition will technically have 10 ministers, but in reality control the say of 11, giving them their much demanded blocking third majority in the 30-seat Cabinet.

Although a formal announcement has yet to be made, sources close to Hezbollah in Beirut told Gulf News that Ziad Baroud, a Maronite, will remain as Minister of Interior, while Elias Al Murr, a Greek Orthodox, keeps his Ministry of Defence post. Both are close to the President.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will go to an aide of the Speaker of Parliament and is likely to be Dr Mahmood Berri.

The six Shiite posts in the Cabinet will be divided between the Amal movement and Hezbollah (three to Amal and two to Hezbollah), and the sixth will be named by Sulaiman.

Six Sunni seats will go to Hariri's team, and three Druze seats for Walid Jumblatt.

Who Killed Yasser Arafat?

By Ramzy Baroud

Who killed Yasser Arafat? When the Palestinian leader was declared dead in a French hospital on Nov. 11, 2004, there was no way of knowing how questions related to his death should be phrased. Was he killed or did he die from old age? If he was killed, then who killed him and why? The “mysterious” nature of his symptoms gave birth to a theory that he was poisoned over a period of time, provided enough evidence that foul play was involved, even accusing some of those closest to him. Although the man’s story has been recorded in the ever-growing chronicle of the Palestinian struggle and Palestinians have somehow moved on, recent breaking news has blown his story wide open once again, breeding new controversy and stories of conspiracy.

Nearly five years have passed since Arafat died. During those years, a number of high-ranking Palestinian leaders, especially from the Hamas movement, have been assassinated by Israel in various and consistently gory methods. Among Palestinians, Arafat is referred to like all those killed by Israel, as a “martyr”, an indication of the widespread belief that his death was hardly the result of natural causes.

If Arafat was indeed killed and since his death was not caused by an Israeli airstrike or an assassin’s bullet, a key question has been lingering, giving rise to all sorts of answers — who killed Arafat and how?

Israelis made little secret of their desire to see Arafat dead. Former Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon expressed regret in a newspaper interview on Feb. 1, 2002 that he hadn’t killed Arafat decades earlier when he had had the chance. Sharon told Israeli newspaper Maariv that he should have “eliminated” Arafat during the invasion of Lebanon in 1982. “Do you regret it (not killing Arafat)?” he was asked. “Certainly, yes,” he replied.

On the day of Arafat’s death, BBC news carried comments by then Israeli opposition leader Shimon Peres, saying it is “good that the world is rid of him...The sun is shining in the Middle East.” Held hostage in his bullet-riddled West Bank office for years, Arafat represented an international embarrassment for Israel. He was not “moderate” enough to concede all Palestinian rights, but ‘moderate’ enough to maintain an aura of international attention and support among Arab, Muslim, European and other nations.

Still, in the minds of some, Arafat was determined, and often declared to represent an ‘obstacle’. The PA’s truly “moderate” camp disliked him for his tireless compromises aimed at preventing factional infighting, thus blocking their attempts at dominating Palestinian society. Israel despised him for numerous reasons, not least his refusal to “concede” issues of paramount importance, such as refugees and Jerusalem. The Bush administration took every opportunity to discredit, discount and insult him, constantly propping up an “alternative” leadership, namely, Mahmoud Abbas, Mohammed Dahlan and others.

Strangely enough, even Abbas and other high-ranking PA officials refer to Arafat as a “martyr,” especially whenever they need to capitalize on his legacy among low-ranking Fatah members and ordinary Palestinians. But the story was meant to end here, with Abbas and Dahlan, carrying the torch of Arafat the “martyr” as they continue with their rhetoric-based “revolution” to liberate Palestine. That was the case until the second highest-ranking Fatah member and one of the PLO’s most visible leaders, Farouk Qaddoumi, went public with a document that contained some unanticipated surprises: that Abbas and Dahlan, along with Sharon, U.S. Undersecretary of State William Burns, and others jointly plotted the assassination of Arafat. Qaddoumi’s document contained the minutes of that meeting, in 2004.

Qaddoumi broke the news in a press conference in Amman, Jordan on July 12, 2009, asserting that Arafat had entrusted him with the minutes of that secret meeting involving top Israeli, Palestinian and American leaders and officials. The plot, according to Qaddoumi included the assassination of other Palestinian leaders, some of them have indeed been assassinated since while others are still alive, thanks to the failure of Israeli missiles and car bombs.

Expectedly, the Ramallah-based Fatah leaders launched fierce verbal attacks against Qaddoumi, questioning his objectives, timing and even his sanity. Abbas accused Qaddoumi of wanting to torpedo the Fatah faction’s long-delayed congress, scheduled to convene in Bethlehem on Aug. 4. “He (Qaddoumi) knows full well that this information is false; he has released it to undermine the convention but we are continuing with the preparations,” Abbas said. Qaddoumi had in fact criticized the convention of a supposedly ‘revolutionary’ movement held with Israeli consent, if not support.

The fact is, we may never know the authenticity of Qaddoumi’s report without an independent investigation or irrefutable evidence. However, just as with Arafat’s death, conclusive evidence is not always required for the public to formulate an opinion. Considering Israel’s threats to Arafat, Palestinians have no reason to believe that Israel did not kill him. Similarly, ordinary Palestinians, especially those in Gaza, have little reason to trust that corrupt Palestinians were not involved in Arafat’s death. A clique of the Palestinian elite have made it clear that their personal interests surpass those of the Palestinian people; Dahlan openly advocated the toppling of an elected government in Gaza as the Ramallah-based “revolutionary” movement, was dispatching U.S.-armed and trained Palestinian fighters to crack down on Israel’s enemies in various West Bank towns.

As bizarre as all of this may sound, it is at least enough to explain why Palestinians are willing to believe the recent statements made by Qaddoumi, a respected figure among all Palestinian factions. True, Qaddoumi’s accusations have yet to be authenticated by an independent investigation, but they are made in a fractious, if not peculiar political context that makes them most plausible and, in a sense, that is the real tragedy.

Embassy Official ‘Confesses’ UK Role in Riots

BRITAIN’S fraught relations with Iran suffered a further setback yesterday when a local member of its embassy staff on trial in Tehran “confessed” to espionage. He said Britain had provided financial assistance to Iran’s reformists to undermine the hardline clerical regime during June’s disputed presidential elections.

Hossein Rassam, a political analyst with the embassy, said a budget of £300,000 had been allocated by the embassy to establish contacts with political groups, individuals and activists.

He said he had personally made contact before the election with the campaign headquarters of Mir Hossein Mousavi, the pro-reform candidate who claims he was robbed of victory by President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

“My main responsibility was to gather information from Tehran and other cities by setting up contacts with individuals and other influential parties and political groups and send reports to London,” he said.

He said because of Britain’s hostile policies towards Iran and fear of exposure, the embassy employed local staff to establish such contacts.

Rassam was paraded in Tehran’s Revolutionary Square in a mass show trial along with dozens of opposition figures accused of crimes, including rioting, spying and plotting a “soft overthrow” of the regime after the elections. Apologising for his “mistakes”, he appealed for clemency. The charge of espionage carries the death sentence in Iran.

His appearance seemed to catch the Foreign Office unawares. The first the embassy knew about it was when diplomats spotted him in television coverage of the trial. The Foreign Office said his trial was an “outrage” and directly in contravention of assurances it had received from the Iranian authorities after they had released him and eight other local staff arrested during the postelection violence.

Rassam was paraded together with Clotilde Reiss, a Frenchwoman, who was arrested on July 1 as she prepared to leave Tehran after five months as a university teaching assistant. She was accused of collecting information and provoking rioters. France said the allegations against her were “absolutely baseless”.

The trial of Rassam and Reiss demonstrated the clerical regime’s determination to paint the opposition as tools of the West, particularly Britain and America, trying to spark a revolution to overthrow Iran’s Islamic system.

Human rights groups and opponents of the regime criticised it as a sham and said the confessions were scripted by the authorities and extracted through pressure.

Saudi Propaganda of Iranian Attack on Kaabah

Saudi Forces attack Iranian Pilgrims, killing and wounding several thousands. In order to hide this crime, Saudi blamed Iranian Pilgrims of Attacking Ka'abah and to occupy it.

Let us see the truth with Allah's help and do Justice with this Accusation in Allah's name. Amin.

Saudi Government's Official Propaganda Video on this Incident In order to accuse Irani Pilgrims of having intentions to attack Ka'abah and occupying it, Saudi Government made a Video where:

They very cunningly distorted/hid the truth.

Translated in many Languages and propagated all over the world to spread hatred against Shias and Iran.

But Lie has no feet and Truth comes forward after tearing all screens of lies. Shukar Al-Hamdolillah.

Although Saudies preplanned this whole Bloodbath and how to cover it up through Lies and Propaganda, but still they made several such Bogus accusations in this same Official Saudi Video that One with Justice would never be misled and misguided. Insha-Allah.

Actually it is Grace of Allah that even no Independent Investigation was allowed by Saudi Government, but Allah (swt) paved the path for Truth to reveal from their own Official Propaganda Video.

Official Saudi Government's made Propaganda Video which has been translated into a lot of languages and propagated to very large extent by Saudi Media.

Saudi Accusations and Brief Facts

1st Accusation: Iranian Rally was Illegal

Saudi Propaganda Machines now claim that Iranians illegally gathered with Intention to get Control of Holy Ka'aba by force. But:

It's a big Lie.Iranian Pilgrims didn't gather with Intention of getting Control of Holy Ka'aba .

Actually Iranians have been gahtering and taking out these Rallies for years since Revolution [see
BBC Report]. So to blame them that that year (1987) they gathered with Intention to attack Ka'aba, is nothing else than false Accusation and افتراء
And even after this incident, in 1990s and 2000s Iranian pilgrims have continued their peaceful annual demonstration. Here is the movie of 2006 about the gathering and rally of Iranian Hujjaj.

The locale and time of the rally and its route had been determined after consultations between Iranian Hajj officials and the Saudi authorities.
After the usual speech of Shaykh Mahdi Karrubi, the Imam's representative for Hajj, who has been leading Iranian pilgrims for some years, the pilgrims started moving along the specified route in a disciplined manner.

They were chanting certain fixed slogans authorized by the Hajj officials, such as: "Down with the U.S., U.S.S.R. and Israel," "O Muslims of the world unite!"
This rally has been named "Bara'ah Rally" or "Unity Rally", since its purpose is to declare bara 'ah with mushrikun and call the Muslim Ummah to unity.

Why Saudi Authorities didn't stop the Illegal Rally just in beginning?

For those, who still deny that Rally was permitted by Saudi Authorities, they should use their Brain.

This Rally started after Asr Prayer at appointed time of 4:30 pm , when70 thousands Iranians Pilgrims gathered .... Question: Why Saudi Police didn't stop them at that point if it was really an illegal gathering?

Then they proceed in organised manner (as Iranians are habitual and have been holding millions-strong rallies during the last decade) .... Question: Why Saudi Police again didn't stop it if all this proceedings were illegal?

Even at 6:40 p.m. when the rally was approaching its culmination point, the 'Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr Street, from where they were to disband and prepare for the maghrib prayers.... But Saudi Police till this time did nothing to stop them.

Only at end time of Rally, Saudi Police suddenly realized that it was an Illegal Rally and creating problems for other Pilgrims from other countries and to use the force to stop it.

Is anyone still going to hide the Truth and could still claim that Rally was Illegal and Saudi Authorities didn't give permission for that?

Saudi Accusation that Iranians brought C4 Explosives to attack and occupy Ka'abah

Satan plays his game very cunningly but Allah (swt) reveals the Truth.

Allah says in Quran that HE(swt) is the best planner.

In order to prove that Iranians intended to attack and occupy Ka'abah, Saudi Government accused that ONE YEAR before that Incident of this Rally (i.e. 2006) Iranian Pilgrims (who were coming from plane) tried to smuggle C4 Explosives but were caught at custom.

This Saudi Accusation is Hilarious:

Saudi Video claims one year ago, Iranian Pilgrims had tried to smuggled C4 Explosives.

But not a Single Report of this incident had been made in Newspapers during complete 1 year.

Not only Report, Saudies were so tender hearted that they even didn't make any arrest and let all those Iranian Criminals (who were carrying those explosives in their bags) free.

Not only this, they also did not do any Open or Secret Protest from Iranian Government and let double number of Pilgrims come from Iran the next year.

It is sure no one could believe such big Lies, but watch it for yourself that all these Accusations have been made in this same Official Saudi Video.

[Note: Saudia made a lame excuse in video for not arresting explosive carrying Iranians while Saudi Authorities thought that they were Innocent and it was Government of Iran who compelled them to do it. And therefore all those Iranians who were carrying C4 Explosives, were released without any charges. About this lame and funny excuse, just remember Saudia has hanged hundreds of such innocent people who were deceived by Drug Smugglers and drugs were found in their baggage]

Iranians in Rally were carrying not even a Single Gun/Pistol

The Saudi Government's story about explosives of last year was hilarious. Let us now find out why Saudi Authorities were compelled to come up with such hilarious lie:

Saudi earlier made a Satanic Accusation against Iranians that they were intended to attack Holy Ka'abah and occupy it.

But Iranians in Rally were neither carrying even a Single Gun/Pistol with them nor they fired a single bullet. Just after the incident, Saudi Media made a mistake and had already showed only few domestic knives which were recovered from Iranian Pilgrims by so-called brave Saudi Forces. And secondly, not even a single bullet was fired by Iranian Pilgrims.

So, it was more hilarious to accuse them of attacking Ka'abah and occupying it without even a single pistol. Therefore, in order to bring some life to their Lies the Kadhab Saudies made up whole of this Explosives Carrying Story.

Saudi Authorities also accused Iranians for carrying some domestic knives, but again it was hilarious to accuse them to attack Ka'abah and occupy it on bases of those few domestic knives. [Those knives were also put later by Saudi Authorities in order to give strength to their Lies]

Alone this fact tears all curtains of Saudi Lies and Propaganda. If Iranians had Really Intended to attack Ka'abah and occupy it, then it would have not been a problem for Iranian Government to find Agents who could have supplied them with illegal Weapons and Guns in Saudia.

More Saudi Lies (1): 20,000 Iranian Revolutionary Guards disguised as Pilgrims to attack and occupy Ka'abah

In this Official Saudi Government's Video, another False claim by Saudi authorities is: "Iranian Government sent 20,000 Iranian Revolutionary Guards as Pilgrims in order to attack and occupy it". Please note:

This false accusation is again a Lie by Saudi Kadhaab Authorities.

How they came to know about presence of these 20,000 Revolutionary Guards? Where is their Proof?

Now let us bring your attention to another Saudi Claim in this same Official Saudi Government's Video. While boasting about Saudi Police Force, Saudi Authorities made a claim: "Saudi Police Force successfully fought against Iranian Attackers and was able to disperse all of them within HALF AN HOUR."

Question:

Fact is:

"It is true Saudi Police Force attacked the People in Rally with Iron Rods, Nails, bricks etc. and beaten them and opened fire upon them and thus dispersing them within half an hour."

But question is:

"Had there been 20,000 Revolutionary Guards there with intention of fighting and occupying Ka'abah, then would have it been possible for Saudi Police to defeat all these 20,000 Revolutionary Guards within half an hour?"

Remember, thousands of Israeli Soldiers were not able to defeat few Hizbullah Commondoes for several days. But Saudi Police is such Superior Superman that it defeated 20,000 Revolutionary Guards within half an hour. Lahola Wallah Quwah.
And we seek Allah's Refuge from such Kadhaab People. Amin.

The Occupation of Ka'abah by Saudi Group in 1979

In 1979, One Saudi Group occupied Ka'abah. Details could be read at Wikipedia. Here shortly only some points:

This group occupied Ka'abah for 2 Weeks.
Their number were only 400-500 with half of them women and children.
Saudi Forces were so bogus that they were not able to liberate the Grand Mosque for all this period. They attacked several times but got heavy casualties.
After so many failed attempts in 2 weeks time, Saudies also called Pakistani Commondo Unit (SSG) and also turned towards French (non-muslim) anti-terrorism unit. Because non-Muslims are not allowed in the holy city, they converted to Islam in a brief formal ceremony by Saudi religious leaders.

But when it comes to Iran then according to Saudi boasting in their Official Propaganda Video, they (the same Saudi Forces) were able to defeat 20,000 Revolutionary Guards within half an hour. Now the People of Justice and Brain could better imagine if there were really any 20,000 Iranian Revolutionary Guards there with intention of fighting ...... or there were only Poor Iranian Pilgrims, mostly consisting of old people, women, children and disabled ones, who were unable to defend themselves against Saudi Forces brutal attacks and had to seek the shelters against it (and this is the reality of dispersing of these poor Mazloom People within half an hour).

More Saudi Lies (2): Accusing Iranian Pilgrims that they started Sectarian fight with other Sects

In order to hide their criminal faces that how many innocent people were Killed by firing of Saudi Forces:

Saudi Interior Ministry first announced that it were Iranian Pilgrims who attacked the Pilgrims of Other Sects. Obviously the plan was to sow sectarian hatred against Iranians.

And they further claimed that Saudi Forces only stopped the fight between two fighting groups.

Ministry also claimed only 19 iranians and 6 non Iranian pilgrims were killed in the clashes between these 2 groups.

But this Lie was unable to stand as not only Iranian Pilgrims, but a lot of Pilgrims from other countries also joined the Rally against US/Israel and therefore witness of Saudi Police brutality.

Later Ministry also lied the casualties resulted from stampede and not a single shot was fired.

How the Attack begun and carried out

The Rally moved very smoothly and very organized and in disciplined manner.[Iranians got vast experience of holding such vast rallies in Iran throughout that decade]
At 6:40 p.m. when the rally was approaching its culmination point, the 'Abdullah ibn al-Zubayr Street, from where they were to disband and prepare for the maghrib prayers, the Saudi police advanced from its positions several meters away to take a military position facing the front line of the rally.

They started the assault first by pushing the people and beating them with batons. Soon the attack commenced on all sides and the pilgrims were assaulted with iron bars, nailed sticks, and maces.

Simultaneously from the tops of the tall adjoining buildings, some people started throwing big stones, bricks, bottles, pieces of broken glass, pieces of concrete and boiling water on the heads of the people, wounding many and killing some instantly. [Doubts are these that Saudies preplanned this whole thing and people on top of the roofs were Saudi Police Men in simple clothes. Even in this same Official Saudi Video you could watch People in simple Clothes standing right with Saudi Forces and throwing stones upon Iranian Pilgrims]

The horrified and defenceless pilgrims rushed into alleys in which Saudi security men awaited their turn to attack the pilgrims. Within few minutes the entire rally of a hundred thousand pilgrims was encircled tightly by the armed police and security men who attacked the rally ferociously.

Now machine guns also joined the brutal crescendo and sprayed the people with dum-dum bullets from many sides and shells of suffocating gas were thrown into the crowd. All the nearby alleys and passages were barred by armed policemen and there was practically no way of escape left.

Some time during this horrific carnage Jordanian and Palestinian pilgrims [may Allah bless them. Amin] opened the doors of their buildings on the pilgrims seeking refuge from the inferno in the street, thus saving many lives.

Saudies planned the bloodbath well in Advance

There is no doubt that the carnage was well planned in advance.

The Saudi authorities, unlike the previous years, had ordered all shops along the route of the rally to be closed.

It was also unusual that loudspeakers warned the pilgrims of other nationalities against taking part in the rally.

Stones and bricks had been stored on the top of buildings for the occasion.
The Saudi propaganda machinery was fully prepared to launch their propaganda assault soon after the carnage.

Saudi Propaganda Failure

Yet despite their preparedness, the horrific dimensions of the carnage baffled the official machinery.

Not only Iranians, but there were Pilgrims from many other countries too who joined this rally against US/Israel, and thus they were also witness to whole incident.
Also specially the Palestinians and the Jordanians had seen it with their unbelieving eyes (as they gave shelter to poor Iranian Pilgrims who were running for their lives).

Many from Algeria, U.A.E., Iraq, Bahrain, India and Afghanistan had seen it.
Muslims from the U.K., the U.S., South Africa, Canada, and Pakistan had seen it. There were eye-witnesses from almost every country who had been shocked and shaken as much by the atrocity as by the lies and insults of the Saudi press and government.

No. of Casualities and Saudi Lies

Initially Saudi Interior Ministry claimed only 19 Iranians and 6 non Iranians died in clashes of two Sectarian Groups.

Then they lied that Saudi Forces fired not a Single Bullet.

But later (when they were unable to hide the firing from eye-witnesses), they started claiming it were Iranians who fired first and in answer they had to fire back.

They also propagated the story that Security forces started firing while Iranians killed one member of Security forces and put his head on the spear.

Now let us compare the data about died and wounded people from Independent Sources and Saudi Sources. (refer photo above)

So according to Saudies:
No. of killed = 402
No. of wounded = Only 649

There is no such War or Fight where ratio of Dying People is so high as compared to ratio of Wounded People. You could guess the Saudi Lie here.

While Independent and Iranian figures of 4000 Wounded is close to reality.

Again watch that according to Saudi Official Video's claim:
No. of Saudies who were killed = 85
No. of Saudies who were wounded= 45

They blame that Iranian attacked with domestic knives. How is it possible that Iranians Pilgrims attained the ratio of Double Killing as compared to wounding with their knives only? Here you could again Guess how big (but foolish) Lairs Saudies are.

Also Saudies never told the separate figures about Saudi Security Forces and Saudi Civilians (and they did it intentionally to support their Lies).

Independent and Iranian sources say that out of 400+ killed, there were 324 Iranians and remaining were mostly Pilgrims from other Countries who joined the rally along with their Iranian brethren against US/Israel, and there were hardly any Saudi Security Forces who died in this attack. (There may be few Saudi citizens who lived there and unintentionally got surrounded with that conflict, but there were hardly any members of security forces who died in this fight)

Moreover, among Iranians it were mostly Women and disabled on wheelchairs, for they were towards the front of the rally where the assault began and was most savage. More than a hundred people had died of direct Bullet Firing, while others due to rods and Stones thrown from Building roofs. Dozens of the martyrs were disfigured beyond identification due to head injuries caused by rocks and maces.

Saudi Propaganda about setting motorcycle in fire by Iranian Pilgrims

Saudies made the video of few people, who were setting a motorcycle in fire. After this they claimed it is a Proof that Iranian Pilgrims wanted to attack Ka'abah and occupy it.

Using it as proof for accusing of attack upon Ka'abah could only be a wonder of Saudi foolish mind.

These few people got enraged after they were firstly attacked by stones and bricks from the roofs of high buildings and then directly beaten and fired by Saudi Forces, killing and wounding thousands of them. And in rage if they set a motorcycle (or may be few other vehicles as claimed by Saudies) then what it has to do with attacking Ka'abah and taking control over it?

Once a Pakistani Wahabi claimed the same thing (about setting the motorcycle in fire) and presented it as proof that Iranian Pilgrims thus wanted to attack Ka'abah and take control of it. As an answer, we showed him a lot of videos where Nasibies and Wahabies taking out Rallies for killing of thier Sapah Sahaba leaders or illegal usurped Lal Mosques and then setting the Properties in fire and doing the suicide bombings upon innocent people and causing a lot more damage. And all these in situation where there is no Live fighting and attack upon them by Pakistan Police.

Duty of Muslim Ummah

The event of Makkah puts great responsibility on the shoulders of all Muslims of the world, specially the 'ulama' and intellectuals, and calls them to rally to the support of the sanctities of Islam. It was not just the right to life of a few hundred women and men that was violated at Makkah in the Haram in a haram month; it was the very sanctity of God Almighty that was challenged and atrociously violated by the arch-criminals of history. It was the most serious crime against God that could be imagined, and indeed the devastating punishment of the criminals and their collaborators is not far off.

Till today the effects of this Saudi Propganda are so high. All their channels and all their preachers are repeating these serious accusations of attak upon ka'abah day and night and hiding the truth. In fact, they are the father of Jews in making Propaganda.

May Allah save Muslim Ummah from the Shar of Kazaab Saudies who wrongfully accuse the innocent and Mazloom Pilgrims for such big crime of attacking Ka'abah and it's occupation. Amin.

Conclusion:

If some one Intentionally make a false accusation of ZINA upon any woman, then Shri'i penalty is lashes for this accuser.

For sure Shari'i Punishment of Intentionally falsely accusing some one for attacking Holy Ka'aba is much worst than any thing Else.

Had Saudies only killed the Innocent Iranian Hajjaj, then it would have not be such big crime, as the crime of falsely accusing any Muslim for attacking the Holy Ka'bah.

Simple killing of Iranian Hujjaj would only be a matter between Saudia and Hajjaj and Iran, but by accusing them of attacking Ka'abah, it became a weapon of spreading hatred in hands of all Nasibi Extremists like Sapah Sahaba and they are successful in spreading hatred by citing these false accusations.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad Asked Judiciary Chief Ayatollah Hashemi-Shahroudi to Investigates Nada Agha Soltan Incident

TEHRAN (FNA)- More than a month after Neda Aqa-Soltan was killed in the post-election events in Iran, a key witness to the incident moves to set the record straight.

Neda, 26, was shot dead on June 20 in an alley away from the scene of clashes between security forces and demonstrators in Tehran.

Hamid Panahi, Neda's friend and music teacher who was by her side in her final moments, dismissed the slew of eyewitness accounts of the sad incident -- particularly the one given by Arash Hejazi, press tv reported.

Arash Hejazi, an Iranian physician currently studying in England, claimed in an interview with the BBC that he had witnessed a member of the Basij shooting Neda.

His comments were a contributing factor in the Western-led media campaign against the Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's government.

Panahi said contrary to Hejazi's account of the incident, 'there were no security forces of Basij members nearby'.

"In his interviews with foreign media outlets, Mr. Hejazi said that the culprit behind Neda's death was arrested on the spot. I saw nothing of the sort. There were only about a dozen people present at the scene. No one was arrested," he said.

To prove his point, Panahi said that new revelations have found that Neda was in fact shot not in the chest, but in the back.

Panahi is not the first to dismiss Hejazi's account of Neda's death. Earlier in June, the man who drove Neda to hospital had also said that there were no Basij members around at the time.

Iranian security forces have dismissed the reports out of hand, asserting that they did not open fire on protestors during the sporadic unrest.

While Media outlets in the West blame Neda's death on Iranian security forces, new revelations show that she was murdered by a small caliber pistol-- a weapon that is not used by Iranian security forces.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has asked Judiciary chief Ayatollah Hashemi-Shahroudi to conduct a through investigation into the incident.

Abtahi 'Disputes' Vote Fraud Claims

http://www.presstv.ir/detail.aspx?id=10219...ionid=351020101

Reformist figure Mohammad-Ali Abtahi, accused of provoking and taking part in deadly riots after the recent presidential election in Iran, has reportedly testified that the vote was "clean".

The first court session for opposition activists and protesters convened on Saturday in the Iranian capital Tehran with charges of rioting, threatening national security and conspiring against the ruling system being read against those in the dock.

A report by Fars News Agency claims that Abtahi, a former vice president under Mohammad Khatami, has testified before the court that allegations of fraud in the presidential election were "a lie".

The election, in which President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was re-elected by a landslide, provoked days of unrest in the country with defeated candidate Mir-Hossein Mousavi and Mehdi Karroubi claiming that the vote had been subject to widespread "fraud".

However, Abtahi echoed official counts that the election was healthy, the report said. The cleric, along with a number of well-known Reformist figures, has been in custody nearly since the outbreak of protests.

Guardian Council chief Ayatollah Ahmad Jannati said Friday that the election was the "healthiest" in the 30-year-old history of the Islamic Revolution.

Abtahi, according to the report, said Mousavi had proclaimed victory before the ballot boxes were counted by the Interior Ministry.

"Fraud did not exist in Iran (in 2005)… when the difference between Karroubi and Ahmadinejad was less than five hundred thousands (votes)," Abtahi was quoted by Fars News Agency as saying. "I am perplexed how the issue of fraud is discussed now that there is a 11-million discrepancy in the votes."

"This is while those who did not believe 500 thousands was fraud today call 11 million discrepancies a fraud," Abtahi said, according to the report.

He added that Mousavi was delusional to think a major election fraud had taken place, Fars News Agency reported.

According to the report, Abtahi went on to say that "fraud" was used as a "code word" to mobilize the people and encourage them to take to the streets.

"The practice of keeping the people in the streets under the slogan of fraud is something that could be considered acceptable," Abtahi was quoted as saying.

Before Abtahi's alleged testimonies, the court heard an indictment against the cleric as well as the former ministers, vice presidents and lawmakers who are on trial.

Under Iranian law, acting against national security can be punishable by the death penalty.

However, Fars News Agency claimed that if proven guilty, Abtahi could face a maximum of five years in prison

Ayatollah Ahmad Jannati Says the Post-Election Unrest Was Four Years In the Making

One day after thousands of Iranians showed no sign of compliance with June's disputed presidential election, a top official chastises the opposition for "not seeing that people are rejoicing" over the vote result.

"Somehow, some are unable to see that the people are rejoicing [over the election result]," Ayatollah Ahmad Jannati said during his Friday prayers sermon.

His remarks came after tens of thousands of Iranians on Thursday defied a government ban and gathered in Tehran's main cemetery to mourn some 30 people killed in the aftermath of the election. At least 50 protesters were arrested in the protests.

Former Prime Minister Mir-Hossein Mousavi, one of the public symbols of the opposition, claims that the June 12 vote was stolen from him in a widespread fraud. He and his supporters, as well as former candidate Mehdi Karroubi, demand a re-run of the vote.

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was re-elected with almost two-thirds of nearly 40 million votes. The result was approved by the Guardian Council, the electoral watchdog headed by Ayatollah Jannati.

On Friday, the Principlist cleric once again rejected outright any doubts about the vote and echoed an assertion by Ahmadinejad that the vote was the "healthiest" since the 1979 Islamic Revolution.

"If they say that this election be annulled, then all elections in the last 30 years should be annulled as every election was organized by the Interior Ministry and supervised by the Guardian Council," said Jannati.

In one of the most ferocious assaults on the opposition, the cleric claimed that the unrest was four years in the making.

He recalled the 9th presidential election in 2005 when Ahmadinejad defeated influential cleric and official Ayatollah Akbar Hashemi-Rafsanjani by some 7 million votes.

"After defeat was inflicted on a certain figure four years ago, those who could not stand a young man in power colluded against him," Jannati was quoted by the Iranian Labor News Agency (ILNA) as saying. "Since then, they have planned to avenge (their loss)."

The accusations of vote fraud were instigated by foreign media and governments before June 12, Jannati said. "Some inside the country followed up on the issue."

In a letter to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution on June 9, Ayatollah Rafsanjani, a two-time president who currently heads both the top political arbitration body and the clerical body, asked Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei to take necessary action to ensure a "clean" election amid accusations of possible fraud.

"It seems necessary that the nation and your Excellency's demand is to hold a clean and glorious election with a high turnout be met," read the letter. "This can save the country from dangers and create national confidence and unity."

In an allusion to the letter, Ayatollah Jannati said the pre-election claims had alarmed him about the planned "plots."

He also went on to say that the blood of those who were killed in the unrest was on the hands of opposition leaders, Fars News Agency reported.

"You were behind these unrests. You are responsible for the bloodshed… Now you go to their graves and offer prayers?" Jannati said. "Sooner or later, you will be punished for your unlawful acts."
